To do this effectively and reliably our Rental Department on the TIMOBILIA Group with the title of Real Estate Marbella/Lettings Marbella operates from the same office as the Sales Department in Elviria.

Both Sales and Rental departments are competently supported by a strong Administration and Financial/Accountancy support team.

RENTALS

Our team will organize and coordinate but the owner will be responsible for the cleaning and laundry costs and any eventual repairs.

The commission charged includes our assistance before, during and after the booking, offering our clients a very reliable service 24/7. Our service will avoid you having to deal with all the hassle and issues that occur.

To promote your property we will organise a professional photographer, so we can publish the rental property on our website, rental portals, magazines, flyers and other marketing tools.

Our booking system is one of the best and easiest online. It makes it easy for clients to book and for you to be able to see the availability instantly.

MANAGEMENT

Being away makes it hard for owners to keep an eye on their property. For this reason we offer you our Management Service.

Our experienced staff will visit your property a minimum twice per month and provide you with an up to date report. We will open and close windows, hold keys, organise cleaning when you request, check for water leaks, run your taps, flush the toilets and assist you as best we can.

We will contact you if we find any problem with some options and solutions. Any required work will have to be paid in advance of works being carried out.

We can assist you with the Rental Registration Procedure to ensure that you, as an owner, can rent your property on a holiday basis without any risk of fines.

Management Fees are €750 plus Vat for 2 bedroom apartment, €800 plus Vat for 3 bedroom apartments. Villas and larger houses fees are available on request.
