Ante todo destacar la amabilidad de las personas que trabajáis en Trimobilia y especialmente Esther y Stephan con los que hemos tenido más contacto.
La estancia en el apartamento en Hacienda Playa fue maravillosa, y el apartamento nos pareció perfecto, bien ubicado, y con todas las facilidades necesarias. Lo único que nos hubiera gustado es poder ver todos los canales de la TV en España, dado que no había recepción de muchos de ellos, si bien considero que es algo fácil de solucionar.
Esperamos poder repetir en próximas ocasiones.

We had a lovely stay in Hacienda Playa thanks.

The apartment was lovely and clean when we arrived and we appreciated the welcome pack! :-)

We found the apartment very comfortable, with plenty of fresh towels, linen and a fully stocked kitchen for self catering! The location was great and the drop off and collection of keys was very easy! The cot and high chair weren’t there when we arrived but Jim kindly set up when we were out for dinner which was very kind!

There were quite a few ants in the hall and two of the bedrooms ( even though they were spotless!) but there was ant spray in the cupboard which sorted them out and any reappearances. So no issues!

This is our second time using trimobilia and we’ve found both times everyone to be very responsive and helpful! Hopefully we’ll be back again later in the year.
