The apartment is very spacious and clean with great balconies and amazing ocean views. The furniture is new with comfortable and clean beds, the air-conditioning worked great, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils, pots and pans, and there was a new washer. The apartment is within walking distance to restaurants as well as to the beach, and the apartment complex has a great pool with a lifeguard on duty during the days (great if you have young kids!). The apartment is also close to a grocery store, several restaurants, and Santa Maria Golf Club. The apartment manager Esther helped us swiftly with any questions before arrival as well as during our stay. All in all, this was a great stay for our family.
