In terms of feedback we were delighted with the apartment, it’s fantastic location, furnishings and general amenities. The only thing we were disappointed with was the quality of the WIFI which was so slow everyone had to use their 4G which when you have 4 teenagers becomes a serious added expense! We would expect an apartment of this quality and price range to have better/faster broadband capability.

En resumen, tanto mi familia como yo, estamos más que satisfechos con su atención y las vacaciones que hemos tenido serán inolvidables, tanto como para repetir el próximo año, por lo que les ruego que me tengan en cuenta para poder alquilar ese ático en 2021.

We just wanted to thank you for all your help in recommending a suitable property and organising our holiday in August this year. We have booked through you a number of times now and the very high level of service you provide means that we always know our holiday will be perfect. This year the service was made even more exceptional given the Covid travel restrictions on our earlier booking, but you kept us up to date and were knowledgeable about the circumstances all the way through. We look forward to booking our next trip to Spain with you.
Rental HP06 was just as you described it to us - a lovely spacious, well-equipped apartment with beautiful sea and mountain views from the wrap around terrace and the 2 other balconies. The kitchen is all very new and there is everything you need. We noted that a previous review felt that the internet connection was slow however we worked from the apartment – including video calls – and streamed films with no issues at all across numerous devices at the same time. We have stayed in Hacienda Playa a number of times as it is so convenient for the beach, shops and restaurants and the development is very well maintained.

We attended my nephews wedding in Elveria and rented the penthouse apartment in HP06 in September 2022.

We were very happy with the apartment, the facilities were wonderful. We were delighted with the gifts left for us on arrival.
The apartment was very well equipped. 4 good sized bedrooms with plenty of linen and towels.The kitchen had everything we needed
dishwasher and washing machine tablets supplied were great.
The patio/veranda was beautiful, we had lovely evenings relaxing there.
The pool area was lovely and sunbeds were supplied too.
The beach is only 5 minutes away and is lovely for walks.
The only thing I could complain of were the ants in both the downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. but there was ant spray supplied and this got rid of them.
