Amazing spacious 2 bedroom  + 2 bathroom and one guest toilet first floor apartment in the popular beach side complex named White Pearl Beach Phase 1.

The apartment has a large open plan living and dining area that leads to the south facing terrace. From the terrace you have views to the pool where you will have a heated and a normal communal pool together with the security guard post.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the other bedroom also has its own bathroom with shower.

The kitchen has been refurbished and has all the facilities you would expect.

There is free internet and you airco with a timer system.
