Amazing spacious 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom ground floor apartment in the popular beach side complex named White Pearl Beach Phase 1 where you have 24hrs security and heated and normal outdoor pool (with kids pool). Ideal family home.
The apartment has a large open plan living and dining area that leads to the terrace with a gas bbq. Fully equipped and brand new kitchen with wáter filter system. Brand new airco recently installed which heats or cools the property excellent. Really nicely decorated to make it a high standard holiday rental property. Parking outside and only 50mts walk to one of the nicest sandy beaches of Elviria.
The master bedroom has an ensuite renovated bathroom and the other bedroom also has its own bathroom with shower.
Internet throughout the whole apartment and IPTV to make sure you do not miss anything from home
