Wij zijn erg enthousiast over het appartement.
Goed verzorgd;
Keuken goed geoutilleerd;
Heerlijk terras;
2 goede badkamers met douches;
Fijn dat er tussendoor verschoning van beddengoed en handdoeken was en dat het appartement gepoetst werd.
Alleen de bedden zijn wat hard, als enige minpunt.
Het complex is goed verzorgd en ziet er mooi uit.

We zijn erg tevreden over het bedrijf. Het feit dat jullie altijd bereikbaar zijn, geeft een goed gevoel.
Al met al een reden om hier terug te komen.

I just want to say that we had a really nice stay in the apartment. It`s actually one of the best stay we have had :-).

I think especially you, and of course your colleagues did a wonderful job. Thank you to Alex and the guy who fix the internet for us. Maybe it’s a good thing to check the router once in a while, because when problem with the Wi-fi its usually that.

Since the apartment is for rent the whole time, and the owner is maybe never there, is very important that you get some feedback from the guests. Hope you don`t think I am complaining to much. The mattresses are old and time for change I think.
And so are the TV. Alex had told the owner that for a long time ago, and are needed. It`s many tourists who watch Tour the France as well as Wimbledon in july.

However , it was very positive with extra towels. Maybe an idea to write on the page that beach towels are not included. We have got towels for that at the other apartments we have rented every years. The cleaning every monday was excellent. It was also an extra plus with the chairs and umbrella for the beach. We end up usually every time buying all this and must leave them behind.

Thanks for the refund as well.

Great service from Esther and Silvia (WiFi went down briefly but they kept us informed and it was fixed quickly and the kids were happy!), lovely apartment very well located, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Dear Esther,

We had a great holiday at the apartment in Hacienda Elviria. We liked the apartment a lot, it was very clean on arrival and we could check in immediately!
If there was a problem it was solved as soon as possible, even the same day! Jim your handy man did his job super well.
The terrace was well equipped with dining table, a lovely sitting corner and 2 sunbeds.
Good matrasses on the bed! And… the apartment was on a very quiet place… we slept well!
We are glad to have rented from Trimobilia, all nice people. We would rent the apartment again without hesitation!!!
