Beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom ground floor middle apartment in the popular beach side complex named Hacienda Playa Phase 3.

This very well maintained apartment has a well sized and comfortable living and dining area that leads to the south west facing terrace and garden area where you find a lovely patio set and a separate dining table with 6 chairs.

Both bedrooms are spacious and have en suite bathrooms to make it even more comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Garage space is available and you have easy access by using the elevator.  In the complex you have several communal pools and paddel tenis courts.

The communal gardens are very well kept which makes it a pleasure to walk down to the beach almost completely through the complex.

Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de nuestras vacaciones en Hacienda Playa. La verdad es que el apartamento es estupendo y hemos estado muy cómodos. ¡Todo ha ido perfecto! De hecho, queremos reservar para el año que viene también 2 semanas en agosto, el mismo: HP09. Todavía no sabemos en concreto que semanas de agosto serán porque tenemos que organizarnos y queda mucho, pero seguramente en octubre/noviembre me pondré en contacto con vosotros para realizar la reserva, si no hay problema por vuestra parte. Pongo en cc a Esther porque el día de entrega de llaves no coincidimos con ella en la oficina y aunque le dijimos a un compañero vuestro lo encantados que estábamos, quería trasmitírselo directamente a ella.

Beautiful, clean and quite accommodation in a compound. Only 150m away from the beach. Very nice community pools with safe guard. Comfortable beds and beautiful terrace with nice bbq. We received a very warm and friendly welcome by our host (real estate manager) Esther. We will definitely come back next year!

Hemos estado muy a gusto en la casa, es muy cómoda y está muy bien equipada.
El porche exterior es una maravilla. Perfecta para disfrutar de las vacaciones.
Además, Esther nos atendió de maravilla.
Si volvemos a Marbella, volveremos a esa casa sin ninguna duda.
