To ensure seamless and reliable service, our Rental Department under the TIMOBILIA Group operates alongside the Sales Department in our Elviria office. Both departments work in close collaboration to provide you with comprehensive support.

Additionally, both the Sales and Rental teams are backed by a strong Administration and Financial/Accountancy support team, ensuring that every aspect of your property’s management, sale, or rental is handled efficiently and professionally.

Rentals


Our team will handle the organization and coordination of bookings, while the property owner will be responsible for cleaning, laundry costs, and any necessary repairs.

The commission fee of 20% + vat includes our comprehensive assistance before, during, and after each booking, ensuring a reliable 24/7 service. This means you won't have to deal with the common challenges and issues that can arise.

To help promote your property, we will arrange for a professional photographer to capture high-quality images, which will be used to feature your property on our website, rental portals, magazines, flyers, and other marketing materials.

Our booking system is one of the most user-friendly and efficient online platforms available, providing easy booking for clients and instant availability updates for you.

Management


We understand that being away from your property can make it difficult to keep an eye on its condition. That's why we offer a comprehensive Property Management Service to ensure your home is well-maintained and secure.

Our Services Include:

  • A minimum of two property visits per month, with detailed updates provided.
  • Regular maintenance checks: we will open and close windows, inspect for water leaks, run taps, flush toilets, and ensure everything is in working order.
  • Organizing cleaning services upon your request.
  • Immediate communication if we find any issues, along with suggested solutions.
  • We will arrange for necessary repairs, with payment required in advance of any work being carried out.

Additionally, we assist with the Rental Registration Procedure, helping you navigate the process of legally renting your property for holiday stays, ensuring compliance with all regulations to avoid fines.

Pricing:

  • Management fees start at €800 plus VAT for 2-bedroom apartments. Fees for villas and larger properties are available upon request.
